I was very pleased to do this interview with Katie, because I wanted to take this opportunity to get to know her better and introduce her to you - -  drum roll - Miss Katie Shelby, whom I fondly refer to as "Buttons".

What made you want to become an author? Was it easy to write your book? What kind of books do you like to read?

Chapter 6

 

What was you most favorite character and why?

Jade the new girl because she wants to be Conner’s friend, usually people don’t won’t to be his friend

Yes I Would J

To Review and someone bought it for me J

Have you written a book yourself or are you planning to in the future?

Yes I have written a book

 

What genre is your favorite and why?

Paranormal Romance, Romance, Fantasy, witch’s and Angels, because I just love books like this I love vampires lol

 

If you were shipwrecked on a desert island what 3 books would you want with you?

Really just 3 books, okay um this is so hard, first book would be Ever Shade By Alexia Purdy and the Second book would be The Angels are Here By Patti Roberts, The Third Book would be The Protectors Damon by Teresa Gabelman

 

Is there an Author that you would really like to meet?

Yes more than one they are, Patti Roberts, Alexia Purdy, Madison Daniel, Teresa Gabelman, Author L.P. Dover and Rue Volley and Leesia Champion and Cambria Hebert and Amber Garza and more….

 

Do you prefer ebooks, paperbacks or hardcover?

All Three J

 

Where do you prefer to buy your books?

Where ever I can get them the cheapest, usually at Books-A-Million or from authors or Wal-Mart

 

Have you ever read a book more than once?

Yes many of times J

 

Is there a particular movie or TV series that you preferred over the book version?

Yes Vampire Diaries love it

Are there any new Authors that have grasped your interest recently and why?

Yes so many, can’t keep up lol because there books look really good and from my friends to say that the book is either good or is going to be

 

Have you read a book that you would like to rewrite the ending of?

Oh gosh many different books, but am not going to say which books lol

 

What are your thoughts on book trailers?

I like them in fact I need to make me one for my story but it’s kind of hard

My step dad bugging me all the time drives me up the wall, Fingernails going down a chalkboard, Snoring, Smacking when you eat

A jacket and Books-A-Million gift card

 

If you could plan the perfect holiday, what would it be?

To go to Graceland or to Hawaii

 

How often do you blog?

I try to blog everyday

 

How many books do you read in a month - roughly?

I really don’t know um I would have to say 7-20 books - it just depends on the book and if am in the mood

 

Favorite color?

I have two favorite colors and they are Light Blue and Lime Green like the pretty green on the Green Volkswagen that color of green

 

What are 5 items you never leave home without.

My cell phone, my ipod, my kindle, and a paperback book in my purse

 

What is your most favorite electronic gadget?

Kindle

 

Favorite book character or film character crush.  Yes you can pick 2 :)

A character you love to hate in what book/TV show or movie.

Klaus in Vampire Diaries sorry guys but I don’t like him

 

Cats or dogs?

Both I did have a dog but she pass away so now I have cats and others lol

 

White wine or red?

Neither I don’t like alcohol

 

Coffee or tea?

Tea sometimes coffee to depends

 

Favorite food?

Pizza

 

Vanilla or chocolate ice cream?

Vanilla sometimes Chocolate if it’s not too rich

 

What is a movie or TV show that you watched recently and really enjoyed?
Spongebob SqaurePants yep I watch it all the time and I love it

 

What scares you?

Bugs when I see one I have to get my mom to kill it because I can’t
